​​​​​​​Maître Djelloul Mansour is an Attorney-at-Law, registered with the Luxembourg Bar, and the founder of Mansour Law Firm.

He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law (Master 1) and a Master’s degree in  European and International Tax Law (Master 2) from Aix-Marseille University, a curriculum that enabled him to acquire an in-depth and cross-sector understanding of contemporary tax issues.

Before founding his firm, Maître Mansour gained experience within leading institutions as well as several law firms in France and Luxembourg.

He also serves as the correspondent for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg at the IBFD (International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation), contributing to the dissemination and analysis of Luxembourg tax law at an international level.
