Maître Mathieu Talmant is Of Counsel at Mansour Law Firm and an active member of the Paris Bar. He draws on a decade of recognised experience in labour and sports law, forged in leading law firms in France, where he developed a high-level expertise and a rigorous client-focused practice.
Fully bilingual in French and English and combining a strategic and pragmatic approach, he assists clients with all labour law matters whether related to the ordinary course of the employment relationship or to complex cross-border issues and international mobility.
Through his practice, he has developed strong expertise in major corporate transactions, including mergers, reorganisations and business transfers involving employee transfers.
Recognised for his mastery of working time regulations, he regularly supports his clients in negotiating collective agreements and handling social security law matters, particularly in the context of URSSAF audits and inspections.
He also advises stakeholders in the sports industry (team sports, MMA and combat sports), both in advisory matters (drafting statutes and regulations, etc.) and in contentious proceedings before various sports bodies (internal committees of sports federations, CNOSF, Court of Arbitration for Sport), as well as before administrative and judicial courts (civil and criminal).
